  1. This is disk 557 of the freely distributable AMIGA software library.
  2. Below is a listing of the significant directories and their contents.

  5. AutoCentre    A utility for AmigaDOS 2.0 that will automatically center any
  6.         new screens that are opened.  This is especially useful when
  7.         you have an overscanned WorkBench screen under 2.0 but find
  8.         that a lot of applications still open on a 640 wide screen
  9.         that is aligned with the left edge of the screen.  With this
  10.         program, these screens will be centered as they are opened.

  14. DPatch        This program allows you to change the default overscan sizes
  15.         used in DeluxePaint 3.25 & 4.02.  This is especially useful
  16.         for loading in old animations created with Dpaint 3.14 and
  17.         animations created in other programs whose screen sizes do
  18.         not match the default Dpaint sizes.

  21. Scheme2C    A Scheme compiler which accepts the language defined in the
  22.         essential portions of Revised Report on Algorithmic Language
  23.         Scheme, with minor constraints and some additions.  The
  24.         compiler produces C source files which are then compiled
  25.         using the system's C compiler (Lattice C 5.10 on the Amiga)
  26.         to produce conventional object and executable files.  Because
  27.         of the size of the distribution, it has been split onto three
  28.         disks as follows: source and documentation archives on 556,
  29.         M68000 binary archive on 557, and M68020 binary archive on
  30.         558.  This Amiga port was done by Mike Meyer, based on the
  31.         28-Sep-90 version of the translator.

  34. Warp Speed    A program that will present you with an animated view out
  35.         the window at a vehicle moving at 'Warp Speed.'  This program
  36.         was developed as a C language learning tool by the author.
